‘A Dream In Purple And Gold’ (Internal World 17) is one of the Irish abstract landscape paintings from my Internal World Series. This ongoing series is my response to research into spiritual hunger, the mystery of being human and connecting to nature.
This painting represents our internal landscape, the sacred place where we process all our daily thoughts. The use of dark and light colours side by side reflects the quest to find a balance between the darkness and light within as we try to navigate our own unique world.
