This original painting in acrylic on wood was inspired by the Irish landscape, more specifically the landscape near where I grew up in Co.Wexford. This is a pathway leading to woods and it is a scene I often return to in my paintings.
The painting is built up layer by layer using various tools as well as brushes and pallet knives.
